Quite a bit different type of place than Castle Rock. This place is more like an inn you'd read about in a fantasy novel. The place is basically a bar with some beds upstairs. You check in at the bar, you go to your room, and you pick an empty bed.
Imagine the Prancing Pony from LOTR, but with electric keycards. :)
